Frequently Asked Questions
Do unused images roll over?
No. Unused images and credit pack images expire at the end of each billing cycle. They do not roll over to the next month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the extension Settings screen or by emailing [email protected]. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit my image limit?
Translation stops and you'll see a "Quota exceeded" message in the extension. You can purchase a credit pack from the Settings screen to add 100 more images, or upgrade your plan. Your quota resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
Why doesn't Starter have an annual plan?
Annual billing is available on Pro and Premium. If you're using Starter, upgrading to Pro gives you annual pricing (saving 20%), a better translation model, and more images — for significantly better value.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported browsers. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
